What you'll need:1. Paint. You probably already have this.
2. Jasc Animation Shop. Now this yu have to download. Theres places where you can get free 30 day trials, but I found a full download on someones iconator page.
3. Paint Shop Pro 8 (PSP8). I just recently got this and this can help with like backgrounds and stuff like that. For this you can download a 30 day trial, but all you have to do is keep the date you downloaded it and once the 30 days is up change the date on your computer back to when you got it.
4. Photoshop. Now I dont know if you actually need this, but a lot of people have it. I dont use it and Im fine. But its up to you.
